Formally we had two Organizations by the name of UNDA &OCIC. UNDA was the organization for Radio and TV professionals. in collaboration with this Organization. We Produce Catholic Programmes through SLBC,RUPAVAHINI Corporation and ITN, OCIC was the Organization that was dealing with Cinema.

OCIC.Today we are forced to restrict orselves to Signis Film Salutation Festival Alone.Now both Organizations are one.It is called SIGNIS. The word  signis derive from two Latin words.Signum meaning sign or symbal  Ignis Meaning fire.The name connotes passion forduty.
